    VINSANTO BOUTARI

    VINSANTO Boutari is a very special wine, one of the best known in Greece, with a worldwide reputation. Its name originates from Vino di Santorini (Wine of Santorini) that has gradually led to its present name.

  • Variety: 100% Moschofilero Type: White, dry Winery / Region: Mantinia Winery, Peloponnese

    OROPEDIO

    “OROPEDIO” meaning “High Plateau” in Greek is a wine underlining the ultimate expression of the indigenous Moschofilero variety. Grown at an altitude of 650m in the region of Mantinia, centre of the Peloponnese, in southern Greece. The grapes are protected by the mountains that surround the “plateau” which allows for the development of their precious aromas. Hand-picking of the grapes and manual sorting upon delivery, preserve the quality of the wine while its short stay in oak barrels gives it its finesse.

    CABERNET SAUVIGNON BOUTARI

    The most popular red variety internationally, which originated in the Bordeaux region and spread around the world with great success. It has shown an excellent level of adaptability in continental Greece, thus proving the great potential of the microclimate of Macedonia.

  • Variety: 50% selected Agiorgitiko and 50% selected Cabernet Sauvignon Type: Red, dry Winery / Region: Mantinia Winery, Peloponnese

    ODE BOUTARI

    Originating from Korinth, Ode is produced from two charismatic varieties. The mild Agiorgitiko and the rich Cabernet Sauvignon are blended to give life to a red wine that is recommended for further ageing.

  • Variety: 50% Moschofilero & 50% Chardonnay Type: White, dry Winery / Region: Mantinia Winery, Arkadia, Peloponnese

    The intense, fruity aromas of the Moschofilero variety meet the sturdy (for a white) character of Chardonnay, resulting in an ideal blend, with no angles, that is perfectly balanced.

    SANTORINI BOUTARI

    SANTORINI Boutari is a wine that not only promoted the vineyards of Santorini to the world, but also one of the most noble of Greek vitis vinifera varieties of the Mediterranean, Αssyrtiko. A wine with a particular metallic tinge that fully expresses the character of this variety.

    ROSE BOUTARI SEC (Dry) is mainly produced by the most noble of red varieties of Northern Greece, Xinomavro. The restless character of the variety along with the particular characteristics of the international varieties in the blend, leads to a rosé with a distinct personality.
