Vinification
Classic red wine vinification. The varieties are vinified separately. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18-28 ° C and the juice remains in contact with the skins for 6-7 days. Wines mature for 12 months in oak barrels and finally mature for an additional 24 months before being released for consumption.
