Taste Profile
Deep ruby colour with purple tints. Complex aromatic character reminiscent of black cherries and raspberry while framed by more mature characters of plum, black pepper and liconce. A fresh red wine with velvet taste, very good structure and balance with a long aromatic aftertaste.

Vinification
The varieties are vinified separately and at the end of the maturation the master blend is made. It matures in stainless steel tanks without passing through barrels to maintain the maximum fruity character.
