Soft salmon color. Fine character that combines very expressive aromas of red fruits on the nose such as strawberry, cherry, as well as a hint of floral elements such as rose. Fruity palate taste with thickness balanced by a refreshing acidity and complemented by a velvety round and slightly spicy aftertaste.

Vinification
The collection of grapes is done by hand during night time from semi-mountainous vineyards of low yield per acre and optimum drainage, followed by brief cold extraction. The crash is done under very low pressure. Pressures are kept completely separately. The juice runs in very low temperatures in order for juice of high cleanliness to be taken without using filtering assistance. Fermentation takes place with selected yeast strain maximum at 18C. Vinification in stainless tank with suspension of malolactic fermentation.
