Impressive ruby red colour, rich aroma of red forest fruit with blackberry and wild cherry prevalent and a spicy character, dominated by the aromas of wood, pepper and smoke. Exceptional structure, rich body, intense tannins and a long finish.

Vinification
Careful harvesting is done by hand while the grapes follow a classic red vinification protocol with careful extraction and controlled fermentation temperature. At the end of fermentation, the wine is pulled from the skins and is followed by malolactic fermentation, while it is finally put into US and French old barrels for 12 months.
